For the first time, we also evaluated on a numerical 1-10 scale the quality of service from each experience. The factors considered included:

2. Response Time
3. Attitude of Service
4. Voice (energy and warmth)
5. Accuracy of information provided

Taken together, the firms in Atlanta received the most consistently high marks. For firms with multiple branch offices, Gensler consistently ranked highest. Here are the top firms in each major city:
