During August and September Greenway Group’s Counsel House Research conducted its annual telephone survey of firms for the Almanac of Architecture and Design, to determine current size and to validate address information. For the first time, we also evaluated on a numerical 1-10 scale the quality of service from each experience. The factors considered included:

3. Attitude of Service
4. Voice (energy and warmth)
5. Accuracy of information provided
